The Metropolitan Square Residents Association (MSQRA) is a voluntary non-profit, non-political and non-religious organisation. Our members consist of  MSQ residents’ volunteers from various professions and backgrounds who came together in June 2007 to form the  Residents Association after numerous complaints about both Management and the Developer and their lack of actions in dealing and finding a solution to the abundant existing problems at MSQ. Before the formation of the Residents Association (RA), residents who were facing problems or had a complaint, had to contact either the Management or the Developer who were both promising to rectify the problem immediately but all complaints and problems felt into deaf ears  and were transferred to the ‘Lulu Land’. Fourteen (14) months after completion of Blocks E & F, residents’ complaints are still undealt with.

Greetings from the Residents Association (RA) and welcome to msqra.com. We hope you will enjoy our site and use the forum in a constructive and positive way for the benefits of all residents.

The objectives of msqra.com are to facilitate the dialogue process between residents, the management, and the developer as well as to promote awareness of the rights and obligations of all MSQ Residents and protect their interests.

Most of all, we aim to maintain and promote tolerance, goodwill and spirit of togetherness among residents.;
When placing a posting, remember to be positive and not to attack other users or make baseless accusations or mountains out of molehills.

May I also remind new users to read the forum’s Rules and Regulations as any posting that contravenes these rules will be automatically deleted and the user would be banned.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Clause a- You must not use any swear words or be rude to anyone in the forum;

Clause b- You must not make personal attacks on anyone;

Clause c- You must not make unfounded accusations: Things like “ I heard that, I can see that, I was told that etc”… are unfounded accusations. Get your facts right and written proof/ evidence or ask the person in question;

Clause d- It is compulsory to complete the Registration form with all your details.It is then up to the administrator’s discretion to grant access to this site;

Clause e- The administrator has the right to deny your application to access this site;

Clause f- No advertising is allowed on the forums;

Clause g- The Administrator has every right in deleting any posting or thread which does not follow the above rules and which is not beneficial or relevant to MSQ Residents;

Clause h- You will be banned from using this site, if you do not abide by the above regulations, without giving any explanation.

These rules and regulations are subject to change without notice.
